Position : Direct Marketing Manager II
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Job Purpose :
The Direct Marketing Manager II is responsible for managing the day to day execution of strategic direct marketing campaigns that support the Company's business objectives in multiple markets. Help scale and evolve our direct mail channel, one of the largest and most impactful ways we engage and convert users across the funnel. Assignments include agency coordination, creative development, creative review, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and post-campaign analytics review. You will help develop and manage strategic direct marketing plans using data to ensure the right offers and messages are delivered to the right customer at the right times. Work closely with cross-functional groups to execute marketing plans using a range of media and tactics.

Essential Functions :
80% Execution
Collaborate with appropriate personnel to execute Direct Marketing Communications strategies that advertise the Company's new and existing products or services in appropriate direct marketing communications tactics
Manage the creative development of all direct marketing tactics for each campaign and program, including direct mail, customer letters, bill messages and other projects
Ensure accuracy of content before being communicated
Collaborate regularly with cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-volume direct marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and sales conversion for Company's products and services
Manage projects to meet budget targets
Manage the communication, creative and content approval process
Manage day-to-day agency/vendor relationships, timelines, and billing
Ensure brand and message consistency and accuracy
Ensure marketing and communications plans are implemented in a timely manner and accurately reflect all tactical activities and details
Execute marketing plans, tactics, timelines in support of internal and external goals
Analyze DM campaign results to determine success, recognize trends, and improve efficiencies
20% Cross-functional Support
Participate in cross-functional stakeholder meetings as needed to ensure understanding of product and marketing strategies, tactics, messaging, timing, execution, and results
Serve as a subject-matter resource on direct marketing to team and cross-functional peers
Education :
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Preferably in the fields of Marketing and/or Communications
Relevant Work Experience :
3+ years executing high volume direct mail programs, preferably for a B2C product or service
Demonstrated success driving direct mail channel engagement and acquisition using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications
Experience delivering clear and thoughtful direction to design and copywriting teams
Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Motivated and energetic, proven ability to work independently, learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets
Experience with a direct mail platform with technical integrations to power workflow automations and personalization
Competence using dashboards and data visualization tools such as Power BI for analyzing experiment results
